As a Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of our wheat and flour products. You will carry out quality testing of raw materials and finished products, maintain accurate records, support audits and compliance activities, and help ensure our products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Location: Holbeach

Salary: Competitive

Hours: The shift pattern for the role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:00.

The role:

  • Carry out quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples and finished products.
  • Prepare product samples, Certificates of Analysis and maintain accurate quality records.
  • Stock controlling of raw materials and consumables on site.
  • Completion of audits, compliance activities and the maintenance of the Quality Management System.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration schedules and housekeeping standards.
  • Communicate quality information effectively and provide support across sites when required.

About you:

  • Experience working in a laboratory or similar testing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, reproducible results.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Self‑motivated with effective time management abilities.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Full UK driving licence.
