Salary: GBP0 - GBP32085 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, day shift covering every weekend.

Responsibilities
- To efficiently and safely operate all equipment associated with the logistics job role.
- Flour testing to ensure customer specifications are being adhered to.
- Completion of all pre-start checks; vehicle hygiene and product protection check documentation.
- To carry out maintenance duties as required.
- Daily D365 load creation and stock level maintenance.
- Carry out stocktaking requirements.
- Maintain warehouse stocks in date order whilst loading via D365.
- Liaise with the Production Planner, site coordinator, Production manager, Sales and Transport to ensure all loads are correctly supplied.
- To maintain a high standard of hygiene in the warehouse, flour packing areas and site.
- Carry out CCP check as required.
- Manual tipping of Raw materials.
- To ensure continuous improvement in the logistics operations.
- Maintain a flexible approach and carry out any other related duties or cover which may not be specifically identified.
- To ensure that all Company procedures are adhered to, and to ensure that all site personnel treat customers, suppliers and other Whitworth Bros employees in a polite and courteous manner.
- Conform to company/legal requirements.
- Attend any training as laid out by Whitworth Bros Ltd standards.
- To ensure the safety of Whitworth Bros personnel, contractors, visitors and members of the public whilst on site.
- To work with the wider site team to reduce the number of accidents and near misses which occur.
- Ensure that any machinery defects, near misses and accidents are reported correctly and promptly.
Qualifications
- Must be computer literate and numerate.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work equally when alone or within a team.
- The ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- The ability to handle varied workload and multitask.
- Must be self-motivated and a team player.
- Good basic knowledge of D365 and department procedures.
- The individual must possess a flexible and positive attitude.
- Must hold a valid FLT licence.
