Join our Foodservice & Manufacturing Commercial Team in a key role supporting KTC Foodservice and Cardowan accounts. You’ll help strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

The Role
- Own and grow key customer accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance
- Develop and deliver account plans aligned to wider business strategy
- Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across Foodservice and manufacturing channels
- Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms and contract agreements
- Collaborate with supply chain, operations and finance to ensure seamless delivery and service
- Monitor sales performance, margins and KPIs, taking action to improve results as needed
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform growth strategies
- Drive effective forecasting and demand planning in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Represent the business externally, strengthening brand presence and customer engagement
About you
- Proven commercial experience within Foodservice, Manufacturing or wider B2B environments
- Strong track record of winning and growing business across Foodservice, wholesale and B2B manufacturing customers
- Commercially astute, with the ability to drive profitable growth and build long‑term customer partnerships
- Experience working within commodity-led channels in the Foodservice/OOH sector, including bakery manufacturers and wholesalers (desirable)
- Knowledge or experience of oils and fats commodity markets (preferred)
