Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP70,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus.

Join our Foodservice & Manufacturing Commercial Team in a key role supporting KTC Foodservice and Cardowan accounts. You’ll help strengthen existing customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Location & Benefits

  • Location: UK based
  • Salary: Competitive

  • Hours: Fulltime, 40 hours a week, Monday‑Friday

The Role

  • Own and grow key customer accounts, ensuring strong commercial performance
  • Develop and deliver account plans aligned to wider business strategy
  • Identify, target and secure new business opportunities across Foodservice and manufacturing channels
  • Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, terms and contract agreements
  • Collaborate with supply chain, operations and finance to ensure seamless delivery and service
  • Monitor sales performance, margins and KPIs, taking action to improve results as needed
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to inform growth strategies
  • Drive effective forecasting and demand planning in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Represent the business externally, strengthening brand presence and customer engagement

About you

  • Proven commercial experience within Foodservice, Manufacturing or wider B2B environments
  • Strong track record of winning and growing business across Foodservice, wholesale and B2B manufacturing customers
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to drive profitable growth and build long‑term customer partnerships
  • Experience working within commodity-led channels in the Foodservice/OOH sector, including bakery manufacturers and wholesalers (desirable)
  • Knowledge or experience of oils and fats commodity markets (preferred)
