ROLE: CONTENT MANAGER & CREATOR
ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you have a passion for social media and content creation? Are you highly organised, creatively driven, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines? If so, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Content Manager to join our creative marketing agency at an exciting stage of growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally within a social media agency or in-house marketing team. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate professional photography and videography skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, or content management
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Professional photography and videography experience
- Strong retouching and video editing skills
- Experience using professional photography equipment and lighting
- Excellent copywriting skills across social media, newsletters, and blogs
- Experience designing creative assets for social media
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Ability to analyse performance data and produce client reports
- Excellent communication and client management skills

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing content calendars for clients and ensuring content is published on schedule
- Planning and managing photo and video shoots for clients
- Overseeing shoot organisation and production from initial concept through to final retouching and delivery
- Writing copy for social media content, newsletters, and other marketing materials
- Managing community engagement across clients' Instagram accounts
- Creating and designing assets for Instagram posts, stories, and email marketing campaigns
- Participating in and leading client meetings
- Researching creative content ideas relevant to client objectives
- Producing monthly client reports and performance analysis
- Supporting the development of social media and content strategies for new and existing clients

LOCATION
The Content Manager & Creator will report to the Founder and Senior Content Manager. This is a hybrid role based in our Wandsworth Town studio, with a minimum of four days per week in the office. You must also like dogs – we have a very friendly office Labrador.
