Following the retirement of the currentpostholder, our new Facilities Assistant will be part of the wider facilitiesteam in the Derbyshire Hub under the leadership of the Regional Facilities Manager.

You will work to ensure thatour school site is secure, warm and compliant to the Trust and regulatoryrequirements.

We want our regional team to support eachother therefore, a requirement to drive is essential.

You may be required to provide cover on othersites.

The successful candidate willhave

  • Aproactive approach to fulfilling the requirements of role.
  • Theability to undertake minor repairs and maintenance.
  • Theability to ensure all routine testing and inspections are carried out inaccordance with the Trust’s procedures.
  • ITskills to record and keep up to date compliance records.
  • Excellentcommunication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues, contractors.

The closing date is 9am on Monday 14September 2026 and interviews will take place on Thursday 17 September 2026. Candidates must be available on thisdate.
