The predicted salary is between 37338 - 44962 £ per year.
To work within the Islington MDT Stroke and Neuro Team comprising of PT, PT, SLT, CHP. To provide an assessment, advisory and treatment service to community clients with neurological conditions referred or admitted to the Islington Locality Therapies Service, working flexibly with all other members of the team to provide an integrated rehabilitation service in accordance with the philosophy and operational policies of the service. Clients may be seen in a variety of settings, including inpatient facilities, their own homes, residential homes, places of work and leisure facilities. The caseload is varied and comprises people who have mobility, cognitive and neurological problems.
