The predicted salary is between 37338 - 44962 Β£ per year.

This is a 12 months fixed term contract to work within the Islington MDT Stroke and Neuro Team comprising of PT, PT, SLT, CHP.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide an assessment, advisory and treatment service to community clients with neurological conditions referred or admitted to the Islington Locality Therapies Service.
  • Working flexibly with all other members of the team to provide an integrated rehabilitation service in accordance with the philosophy and operational policies of the service.
  • Clients may be seen in a variety of settings, including inpatient facilities, their own homes, residential homes, places of work and leisure facilities.
  • The caseload is varied and comprises people who have mobility, cognitive and neurological problems.
