Whittington Health is seeking a Tuberculosis Inclusion Caseworker to join the North Central London TB Network. You will work with the TB multi-disciplinary team to address social care needs of patients with TB or suspected TB, including homeless, migrants, and other vulnerable groups, across NHS hospital sites and community settings.

You will coordinate with social services, housing, benefits, Home Office and charities to improve care, monitor treatment completion, and develop local procedures.
