The Organisational Development Facilitator is responsible for delivering a professional, client-centred internal Organisational Development service to meet the needs of the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and evaluate training and development interventions that are aligned to the I.CARE values including facilitation of workshops, and/or team development.
  • Working with the Head of OD, develop leadership capability across the organisation through a range of methods including training, coaching, mentoring, self-development, on the job development and e-learning.
  • With HR colleagues and the Head of OD, develop and deliver team and management interventions to resolve conflict in teams and promote effective team working e.g. designing and implementing initiatives.
  • Working alongside leaders to develop and deliver a strategic approach to performance improvement, engagement and change management to support the achievement of the Trust’s desired culture and behaviours.
  • Take an active role in project management and communication activities e.g. promoting Staff Survey and monitoring of actions following feedback from local and the national staff surveys.
  • Work with managers to develop bespoke events e.g. facilitated away days or tailored departmental training, advising on content and format where appropriate.
  • Act as a role model and coach members of staff on a one-to-one basis.
  • In conjunction with the Head of Organisational Development produce effective training needs analysis and evaluation reports on training and development activity and its effectiveness.
