We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Coordinator to contribute to the delivery of this major, high-profile programme. You will be responsible for providing high quality administrative and coordination support to ensure the effective delivery of programme activities across a complex, multi-partner environment and politically sensitive environment.

The role involves close working with clinicians, operational teams, system partners and other stakeholders, operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support across programme workstreams
  • Organise meetings, workshops and events, including agendas and minute-taking
  • Maintain programme documentation, action logs and trackers
  • Track actions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure delivery
  • Support programme reporting, including preparation of papers and presentations
  • Assist with risk and issue tracking and escalation
  • Support communication across internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records in line with governance and information standards
