Locum Consultant Community Paediatrician in Islington Whittington Health NHS Trust is seeking a 7‐person PA Consultant in Community Paediatrics for 6 months, pending substantive recruitment. Join our Islington Community Paediatrics Team at the Northern Health Centre, Upper Holloway, London. The post covers a variety of community paediatrics responsibilities and offers flexibility for special interests and opportunities to develop clinical interests.
Key Responsibilities Conduct regular developmental paediatrics, including an MDT clinic for severe physical disabilities.
Contribute to the diagnosis of a range of developmental disorders.
Cover and conduct clinics in special schools.
Participate on the Child Protection rota with the Camden community consultant team.
Ideally cover the Named Dr role for Safeguarding (not mandatory).
