We are excited to offer a permanent role at Whittington Health, to provide clinical and strategic leadership to our Emergency and Integrated Medicine (EIM) directorate. This role is full of opportunities for personal and professional development and allows you to demonstrate clinical and strategic leadership at trust level and within North Central London.

• To develop a consistently high quality clinical pharmacy service to the Emergency and Integrated Medicine (EIM) Integrated Clinical Service Unit (ICSU).
• To develop the strategic vision and roadmap for pharmacy services within this ICUS, taking into account the diverse skills of the wider pharmacy team.
• To work closely with the multidisciplinary team, to develop pharmacy within the various specialties within the EIM ICUS: Acute and Emergency Medicine, Gastroenterology, Respiratory and Cardiology.
• To support audit and research within the teams and promote the use of Quality Improvement (QI) methodology at all opportunities.
• The post holder will support the development of emerging clinical pathways that will exist within EIM and identify opportunities to promote integrated working with Community Services and Primary Care.
• To act as a member of the senior pharmacy team and provide strategic leadership both within the pharmacy department and to the wider Trust.
