Whittington Health in London is looking for an Assistant HR Business Partner (Band 6) to partner with workforce colleagues and provide a proactive HRBP service to a designated division.

You will work closely with management teams, attend board meetings, and support workforce planning and staff survey initiatives.

You will advise managers on people-management issues, compile workforce reports, and coach leaders in HR practice and change management as part of the workforce strategy.
