As Assistant Manager at the Whittington Arms, you will support the General Manager in leading the team to success, motivating staff to deliver excellent guest experiences and mentoring each individual to reach their full potential.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are not present.
- Use your communication skills to train and inspire the team on delivering food, drink and service standards.
- Serve as a role model and guide while developing team members.
- Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
