As a Sous Chef at the Whittington Arms, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests’ faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team works together as one and step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef.

Responsibilities:

  • Run a section and ensure your team works together as one.

  • Train and inspire your team to deliver food you can be proud of.
  • Support your Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
  • Master the art of working with a branded menu.
  • Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
