Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Employment Type: Full-Time, 40 hours/week – weekends as needed

Base Pay: $45.00 per hour

Weekend Shift Differential: $5.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct patient assessments to determine speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
3. Provide therapy to patients with various communication disorders.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in critical care and patient assessment.
2. Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
3. Experience in patient care within acute care settings.
4. Familiarity with ICU and case management.
5. Ability to provide speech therapy services effectively.

This position requires a candidate with a strong background in speech therapy, acute care, and patient management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
