About the Role
This is your chance to lead Whittard’s performance marketing efforts, developing and executing data-driven strategies that aim to acquire, convert, and retain customers while growing revenue. You’ll take full ownership of key performance channels like Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing, ensuring every campaign is optimised for maximum impact. - Lead with Data: Own and manage performance marketing budgets in the UK and US, optimizing investments with a focus on CAC, CLTV, and ROAS.
- Execute & Optimize: Oversee campaigns across channels like Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok, and programmatic platforms, fine-tuning for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Regional Expertise: Tailor paid media strategies to fit market trends, seasonal opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate for Creativity: Work alongside creatives to develop engaging, market-specific ad content that reflects Whittard’s tone and ethos.
- Integrated Strategy: Partner with CRM, analytics, brand, and e-commerce teams to align campaigns with wider company goals.
- Deliver Insights: Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations based on comprehensive regional breakdowns.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor evolving regulations, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and platform policies to ensure compliance.

- Creative Localizer: Adapts content to suit varied regional audiences.
- Tech Fluency: Hands-on experience with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Looker/Tableau, and Google Shopping.
