In our London stores, we don’t just serve drinks – we create moments of discovery and delight, even during the busiest day. We’re looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to join one of our vibrant, high‑footfall London locations. If you thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, love a challenge, and are passionate about exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.
You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 4 days, Friday to Monday.

We’re looking for someone confident, customer‑focused, and ready to thrive in a fast‑moving retail setting. You’ll need:
- Experience in a high‑volume customer‑facing role (retail, hospitality or similar)
- Great communication skills and a friendly, unflappable manner
- Comfort working at pace while still providing thoughtful, tailored service
- Confidence handling cash, stock, and till operations
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts – including weekends and key London trading days
- Multilingual skills or tourism experience are a bonus in this globally visited location!
