We\’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Cambridge store team to help continue its success! If you\’re passionate about customer service, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a growing company, we want to hear from you! At Whittard, we’ve been passionate about elevating the tea and coffee experience for our customers since 1886. Are you a tea and coffee enthusiast with a passion for sharing your knowledge with others? Join the Whittard Family today! Please note this role is working a minimum of 8 hours per week with the opportunity of overtime hours, ideally working across 2 days a week.
- Providing world-class customer service.
- Serving as an ambassador for our premium tea and coffee, guiding customers through our expertly curated selection to find their perfect purchase.
- Consistently achieving daily sales targets.
- Collaborating closely with your team to foster excellent working relationships.
- Managing front-facing duties including operating the till, engaging in customer service, and conducting tastings.
- Handling day-to-day operations such as cleaning, unpacking deliveries, managing stock, and banking duties.
- Leading in-store and on-street tastings to elevate the Whittard product experience.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team.
- Confidence in engaging customers in meaningful product discussions and providing outstanding service and support.
- A commitment to personal growth and achieving excellence.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential
