If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make a real impact. You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 2 days. This is a 6 month fixed term contract.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and confidence, helping every visitor discover the perfect brew.
- Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations, even during the busiest periods.
- Support the team by managing tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking welcoming and organized.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing role.
