The Marketing Manager 12 Month FTC is an exciting opportunity to be part of this journey join the marketing team at our Milton Park offices. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will support the team in delivering impactful multi‑channel campaigns with a focus on digital, social and on‑brand execution. Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of integrated, multi‑channel campaigns across global and local markets, with emphasis on digital and social.
- Align campaign strategies with commercial goals including awareness, conversion, and revenue.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑impact brand moments across digital platforms.
- Act as liaison with international teams and local agencies to ensure locally relevant digital execution.
- Uphold creative, tone, and messaging consistency while adapting to cultural nuance.
- Translate brand positioning into compelling digital and social activations.
- Partner with content, e‑commerce, and campaign leads to deliver assets that perform across digital channels.
- Manage projects end‑to‑end, ensuring timelines, budgets, and outcomes are met.
- Communicate campaign direction, priorities, and KPIs clearly to internal teams and agency partners.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in marketing, ideally in FMCG, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Experience managing global campaigns with local market adaptations via agency partners.
- Proven track record in digital, CRM, retail, and content marketing.
- Hands‑on experience briefing and managing external creative and media agencies.
- Skilled at working with internal teams across product, creative, digital, and commercial functions.
