Since 1886, Whittard of Chelsea has been crafting exceptional tea, coffee, and hot chocolate experiences. This Christmas, our store will be buzzing with festive shoppers, and we’re looking for enthusiastic Sales Advisors to join us for our busiest time of the year. If you love delivering outstanding customer service and thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment, this seasonal role is perfect for you.

You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and be available for at least 2 out of the following key dates: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. We require availability of a minimum of 1 day. This is a fixed term contract for the summer and Christmas lasting until 2/1/27.

What You’ll Do:

  • Welcome customers warmly and help them discover the perfect festive gifts and treats through tastings and personalised recommendations.
  • Keep the store well-stocked, beautifully presented, and running smoothly during the busy holiday period.
  • Work efficiently at the till and support your team to manage high footfall and busy trading days.
  • Embrace the festive spirit while adapting to shifting priorities and fast-paced retail demands.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Are comfortable working in a busy retail environment.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Stay calm and positive during the peak festive rush.
  • Are available to work the full Christmas period, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays (availability over the festive period is essential) and be available for at least 2 out of the following key dates: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
