We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated, and ambitious Head of PE to lead our successful and supportive department. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced PE teacher to further develop their leadership career within a highly aspirational and well‑established team.

The successful candidate will teach PE across Key Stages 3 and 4, lead high‑quality teaching and learning, and drive continued improvement in student progress and achievement across all ability ranges. You will provide effective leadership through staff coaching, professional development, target setting and performance support.

We are looking for a committed and energetic leader with strong strategic and creative vision, excellent interpersonal skills, and a positive sense of humour. The ability to inspire both students and colleagues, while building on the department's success, is essential.
