We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our head office team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of digital campaigns, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- SEO & SEM: Optimise website content for SEO, manage Google Ads campaigns, and analyse performance to improve search rankings and website traffic.
- Content Marketing: Develop high-quality blog posts, email newsletters, and website content to engage and inform target audiences.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute email campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Paid Advertising: Manage PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive leads and conversions.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the company website using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and CRM systems.
- Marketing Materials & Design: Create, design, and liaise with the sales team on brochures, leaflets, POSM, and exhibition project management.
- Influencer & Affiliate Marketing: Collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and partners to expand brand reach.
- Market Research: Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to refine and improve strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and email marketing. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
