Whitgift School invites applications for the Airport Coordinator/Administrative Support role during the summer school program. The role involves coordinating airport transfers for students, providing administrative assistance, and supporting the broader team throughout the 6‑day week schedule (initially 3 days per week before the start of the program).
Responsibilities
- Co‑coordinate airport transfers for arriving and departing students, liaising with drivers and staff to ensure smooth pick‑ups and drop‑offs.
- Maintain regular contact with parents and agents, addressing queries related to pre‑arrival procedures such as flight details and pre‑course testing.
- Assist key staff members, including the Director of Studies, Welfare Manager and Activity Manager, with day‑to‑day tasks as needed.
- Manage student feedback and reporting, compiling weekly reports for department managers.
- Provide general administrative support across all areas of the Summer School.
Qualifications
- Strong initiative and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and logistical skills with a friendly, cooperative approach.
- Fluent in English with outstanding written communication and high attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract.
