Whitgift is one of Britain’s leading independent boarding and day schools for boys aged between 10 and 18 years, with approximately 1500 pupils and over one hundred boarding pupils. It is set in an attractive 48-acre parkland site in South Croydon enjoying excellent links to London, Surrey and the south coast.
Role: Self-Employed Football Coach
Start: September 2026
Reporting to: Director of Football
Responsibilities:
- Provide football coaching to pupils, working both as an individual and as part of a coaching team.
- Plan and deliver coaching sessions aligned with the school’s expectations and development priorities.
- Contribute to the football program and talent development within Whitgift’s sporting offering.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Demonstrated passion for sport and commitment to developing talent.

- Experience as a football coach, capable of working both independently and within a team.
