We are seeking to appoint an Airport Co-ordinator who will work closely with the Marketing Executive, Course Director, and year-round International Education Administrators. The Airport Co-ordinator will be responsible for co-ordinating the airport transfers for arriving and departing students. In addition, they will provide administrative assistance across all areas, in the run up to, and during, the Summer School. This is a 6-day a week role, however, in the initial period of employment before the Summer School starts, the Airport Co-ordinator will work 3 days per week.

General duties predominantly involve:

  • Being in regular contact with parents and agents answering any queries they may have and co-ordinating the pre-arrival process (e.g. flight arrivals/departures/pre course testing).
  • Managing the airport transfer process over summer, including liaising with drivers and staff to ensure pick-ups/drop-offs run smoothly.
  • Assisting key members of staff as necessary such as the Director of Studies, Welfare Manager and Activity Manager.
  • Proactively assisting the admin team with other daily tasks as required.

The post holder will also manage the student feedback and report process on a weekly basis and report back to the department managers. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, show a significant degree of initiative, and be able to work efficiently and calmly, even at times of particular pressure. Inter-personal and logistical skills of an especially high order will be required. The post requires a person of a friendly and co-operative nature, with a flexible approach. First-rate written skills and an excellent command of the English language, with a high level of attention to detail, are essential. Candidates must have strong proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office.

Applicants must be able to present evidence of their right to work in the UK for the duration of the contract. We welcome applications from all sectors of our community as we aspire to attract staff that match the social and cultural diversity of our student intake.

We invite interested candidates to apply as soon as possible as applications will be reviewed on a daily basis, and interviews may take place at any time. This vacancy may close earlier than the stated deadline if sufficient applications are received, so early submission is encouraged. Closing date: 26 February 2026.
