Permanent, Part‑time role. Salary: £5,200 per annum plus military volunteer allowance for additional training days outside of school hours.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the CCF Navy Section.
  • Coordinate CCF Navy training days with other co‑curricular activities and enter them into the school calendar.
  • Inspire and motivate pupils and staff in the Navy Section.
  • Ensure the CCF operates as a disciplined organisation within the school, enabling students to exercise responsibility and leadership.
  • Promote the benefits of outdoor education to students in the Navy Section.

Qualifications

  • Regular or Reserve Military Experience (preferably as an officer) or prior experience within the CCF.
