Senior Programme Co-ordinator
Amazing Content. Amazing Experiences. Fast-Track Growth.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced creative agency working across amazing content, creative ideas and experiences for ambitious global brands.
You’ll work alongside our Programme, Account, Creative and Production teams, gaining hands-on exposure to how major creative programmes are conceived, planned, designed, costed, produced and delivered – from the initial client brief through to final delivery.
This isn’t a role where you’ll spend the next few years sitting on the sidelines. You’ll be given genuine responsibility, direct exposure to clients and partners, and the opportunity to increasingly own projects and work-streams yourself.
We actively encourage fast-track growth. For someone who demonstrates the capability, judgement and ambition, there is a clear route into a Programme/Project Manager position, with increasing ownership of clients, projects, budgets, suppliers and ultimately end-to-end programme delivery.
If you’re ready to move beyond simply coordinating projects and start building the experience to lead them, we’d like to hear from you.
The Role
As a Senior Programme Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of pitching, planning and delivery of Amazing Content and Experiences – helping turn client briefs and creative ideas into brilliantly executed programmes, campaigns, content, brand experiences and activations.
This is fundamentally a programme and project pitch and delivery role. You’ll work closely with Programme Leads, Account Teams, Creative, Production, clients and specialist partners to keep multiple workstreams organised, commercially controlled and moving forward.
You’ll need to enjoy the detail behind great creative work: building plans, managing deadlines, coordinating people, tracking budgets, maintaining accurate information and making sure actions happen.
It’s a varied, hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, proactive and commercially aware, with great attention to detail and a genuine interest in brands, creativity and how great work gets made.
What You’ll Do
Amazing Content
You’ll support the development and delivery of creative and branded content, working closely with our Creative, Design, Account and Production teams.
You’ll help coordinate:
- Creative concepts, presentations and proposals
- Brand, campaign and communications content
- Design, artwork and production assets
- Digital, film and motion content
- Creative reviews, approvals and production schedules
- Suppliers and specialist creative partners
You’ll help ensure great ideas remain great as they move from concept through development, approval, production and final delivery.
Amazing Experiences
Our work often brings content and creativity together in physical and digital experiences. You’ll help coordinate these programmes from brief through to delivery, ensuring all the moving parts come together successfully.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining project plans, schedules, actions, deliverables and key milestones
- Coordinating internal teams, clients, suppliers and specialist partners
- Supporting budgets, quotations, purchase orders and cost tracking
- Managing project information, documentation and approvals
- Coordinating production requirements, assets and logistics
- Tracking dependencies, changing requirements and potential risks
- Supporting project delivery and, where appropriate, on-site activity
- Helping reconcile and close projects once delivery is complete
Most importantly, you’ll help connect the different parts of a project – client, creative, production, commercial and operational – ensuring everyone has the information they need and that nothing falls between the gaps.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll have 3–4 years’ experience within a creative, experiential, marketing, design, production, communications or integrated agency, or with an in-house team and be ready to take the next step in your career.
You’ll be:
- Highly organised, proactive and accountable
- Confident managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
- An excellent written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable working directly with clients, colleagues and suppliers
- Commercially aware and confident working with budgets and costs
- Detail-focused without losing sight of the bigger picture
- Calm, practical and solutions-focused under pressure
- Comfortable working alongside creatives, designers, producers and technical specialists
- Confident with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and collaborative project tools
- Curious about brands, creativity, culture, content and experiences
Above all, you’ll have energy, ambition and a willingness to take ownership. You’ll enjoy making things happen, not simply being there when they happen.
Where This Can Take You
We want people to grow with us.
As your experience and confidence develop, you’ll take increasing responsibility for projects, clients, budgets and partners, progressing towards independently managing programmes from brief through to delivery.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to learn quickly, take on meaningful responsibility and fast-track your development from Senior Programme Co-ordinator into Programme/Project Management.
Some of our work involves live delivery, so occasional travel, evening or weekend work may be required. However, the role is centred on the planning, coordination and management that makes great creative work possible.
