On‑site at Meadowhall, Sheffield | Permanent, full‑time, 5 days on‑site
Salary: c. £35,000 depending on experience
Employed by Whitewall, embedded full‑time within Meadowhall. Whitewall is recruiting this position on behalf of Meadowhall as part of our embedded staffing model. You will be employed by Whitewall (payroll) but work exclusively as the on‑site Campaigns Executive for Meadowhall, the leading shopping and leisure destination in Sheffield. This is not an agency role and does not involve working on other Whitewall clients. You'll work 100% on Meadowhall, alongside the centre team.
About The Role
The role requires the creation, development and implementation of a calendar of marketing communications and campaigns across the retail year for Meadowhall. These campaigns are delivered across all digital touchpoints and traditional media. The role requires the individual to feed into the campaign process, turning ideas into fully fledged creative executions. The role requires management of the full creative journey alongside management of print and design agencies and budgets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all creative activity in the department
- Write creative briefs, covering digital and traditional media
- Manage external design and print agencies, ensuring creative and print briefs are met on time and on budget
- Feed into the overarching campaign calendar, ensuring campaigns are best in class
- Undertake competitor analysis across all sectors to keep Meadowhall at the forefront of new developments and trends
- Manage and maintain internal and external brand guidelines
- Be the first point of contact for all creative assets outside of marketing campaigns (such as wayfinding signage and ad‑hoc requests)
- Turn creative ideas into campaigns
- Raise departmental purchase orders and track spend
- Attend and support events and activations, including photography support and management
What You’ll Bring
- 2-4 years experience in marketing, preferably in retail, leisure, hospitality or consumer‑facing environments
- Experience managing multiple campaigns
- Experience managing the creative and print process
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Consistently display a positive, can‑do attitude in all aspects of work
- Confident communicator able to work independently, with support where required
- Ability to work weekends and evenings due to nature of the business
