White Trees Group provides safe and secure therapeutic Residential Childcare and Educational services. We cater for young people aged 11-18 years with complex, emotional and behavioural difficulties within a caring and homely environment.
Scope of the Post
The Recruitment Resourcer is responsible for screening all advert responses, updating the candidate database and posting and refreshing all job advertisements on various platforms. This role also involves undertaking searches for candidates against the companies job specifications using online CV databases, social media and other networking platforms.
Personal Specification
- 1 year of experience of resourcing in a recruitment environment with a knowledge of job sites and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to think "outside the box" and be creative
- Extremely competent on Word, Excel as well as recording and extracting MI
- Ability to remain calm in a pressurised environment
- Proactive team player with a passion to recruit quality staff
Main Duties
- Posting and refreshing job advertisements
- Updating candidate database
- Making initial contact with screened candidates via telephone and email to prepare shortlists of suitable candidates
- Conducting face-to-face interviews with suitable candidates in a professional manner
- Ensuring that the candidate has a seamless candidate journey through our recruitment process
Support/Training
Training will be given on all internal procedures. Fully supported by Head of Recruitment.
