White Trees Group provides safe and secure therapeutic Residential Childcare and Educational services. We cater for young people aged 11-18 years with complex, emotional and behavioural difficulties within a caring and homely environment.
Scope of the Post
The Compliance Administrator is responsible for supporting the company's compliance processes by ensuring adherence to internal policies, external regulations, requesting and keeping records of employment references and processing Enhanced DBS for new candidates. This role involves negotiating with candidates to obtain documentation in agreed timescales, data entry of candidate details and liaising with House Managers / Deputy Heads to arrange start dates.
Personal Specification
- You will require to have had previous Compliance administration experience.
- You will need to be highly organised with good time management skills.
- You should have excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with a polite telephone manner.
- You will need a good knowledge of Word and Excel and be competent in the use of both.
- You will require the ability to prioritise your workload accordingly and work calmly and methodically in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Main Duties
- Compliance administration duties.
- Collecting data and documentation for candidates.
- Requesting and recording employment references.
- Process Enhanced DBS checks.
- Complete a file of compliant documentation.
- Produce and issue Offer letters and Contracts.
- Liaise with House Managers / Deputy Heads to arrange shadow shifts and start dates.
- Support the Compliance Manager.
- Work towards deadlines to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Support / Training
You will be fully trained in the Compliance process from application, through to file sign off. Full training will be given on our Onboarding platform. Fully supported by the Compliance Manager.
