Salary: £39,680 – £40,720-OTE £47,280 – £48,320

Personal Specification
You will be :
- Naturally caring, patient and emotionally intelligent
- Calm and grounded, even under pressure, with the ability to set clear, consistent boundaries
- A supportive team player who leads with empathy and kindness
Requirements
- This role requires a Level 3 QCF qualification and several years experience working as a senior within a children\’s residential setting.
- Attend all trainings which are booked in for you – these are all of value and should be privileged.
- Access to Level 5 through our internal promotions programme.
- DSL- Level 3 safeguard training for designated leads.
What You\’ll Do
- To support the Registered Homes Manager in ensuring compliance with the company Policy and Procedures and meeting all OFSTED regulations.
- To deputise / act up for the Registered Manager in their absence
- To work with the manager and team towards the most positive outcomes for the young person.
- To plan, manage and lead shifts ensuring children are kept safe and engaged throughout the day.
- To ensure the Placement and Care plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times.
