You will be:

Requirements
This role requires a Level 3 QCF qualification and several years experience working as a senior within a children's residential setting. Attend all trainings which are booked in for you - these are all of value and should be privileged. Access to Level 5 through our internal promotions programme. DSL- Level 3 safeguard training for designated leads.
What You'll Do:
- To support the Registered Homes Manager in ensuring compliance with the company Policy and Procedures and meeting all OFSTED regulations.
- To deputise/act up for the Registered Manager in their absence.
- To work with the manager and team towards the most positive outcomes for the young person.
- To plan, manage and lead shifts ensuring children are kept safe and engaged throughout the day.
- To ensure the Placement and Care plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times.
