Whitetrees Group in Coggeshall is seeking a Return to Learn Project Worker to establish a safe, stimulating environment for pupils and create a timetable of activities bespoke to each learner’s needs. You will support mutually agreed goals, model positive behaviour, and track progress to identify strengths and next steps.
Works closely with the Head of RTL and wellbeing teams to help disengaged learners re-engage with education, building confidence and resilience while maintaining consistency.
