This is a high-profile role supporting a portfolio of contracts worth approximately Β£50m, partnering directly with senior operational leaders to drive commercial performance, improve profitability, and influence strategic decision-making. This position is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, challenging performance, and transforming financial and operational data into meaningful business insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with operational and contract leadership teams to provide commercial and financial support.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Deliver detailed financial analysis, performance reporting and scenario modelling.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability, reduce costs and enhance contract performance.
- Support commercial activities including contract changes, extensions and negotiations.
- Monitor financial and commercial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
