We are currently recruiting a Recruitment Lead/Director for a trusted supplier of highly skilled military veterans to the Offshore Energy sector. The main offices are based out of Exeter but the role will be hybrid based and so split between home and the office. The business provides qualified professionals across various disciplines, including Medics, HSE Advisors/Managers, Engineers, Marine Technology, and Security personnel. They have established themselves as a key partner to major Energy and Shipping companies, as well as a key subcontractor to the UK Government.
The Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Manager/Director to take the lead in building and scaling the specialist offshore energy recruitment business. This is not just a management role; it’s a growth-focused leadership position where you will take ownership of an existing but nascent recruitment operation, drive business development, and establish it as a leading provider in the sector.
To succeed in this role, you must have proven experience in offshore energy sector recruitment, with a deep understanding of industry demands, client expectations, and the ability to match high-quality candidates with specialist roles, championing armed forces veterans.
