We re partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organisation embarking on a major transformation programme that will redefine how the business operates.
Having recently undergone significant investment and leadership change, the business has committed to a long-term digital, data and operational transformation strategy designed to support substantial growth and future acquisitions.
As Project Manager, you ll join at the start of this journey, helping to shape and deliver a transformation programme spanning ERP, data, analytics, AI and business process redesign.
Much of this would be viewed as sitting very much at the bleeding edge of innovation.
You ll work alongside an experienced transformation leader and play a key role in bringing structure, governance and delivery discipline to a fast-moving environment.
