About You
We’re looking for someone credible, commercially-aware, and relationship-driven, who can operate confidently in external-facing environments.
You might come from:
- Business or professional services (e.g. consulting, legal, financial services)
- OR a programme / transformation background with strong external stakeholder engagement
You’ll Likely Bring
- Experience delivering transformation, adoption, or change programmes
- Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly
- Experience working directly with organisations or clients
- A consultative approach – able to diagnose challenges and shape solutions
- The ability to operate both strategically and through delivery
Helpful (but not essential)
- Experience across multiple sectors or organisations
- Exposure to innovation, economic development, or publicly funded programmes
- Experience designing or evolving programme delivery models
Why This Role?
- High-profile, well-funded programme with national impact
