Our client is a prominent UK Facilities Management service provider and seeking a strategic and experienced Bid Solutions Lead to join the team, and manage the end to end bid process across mainly private sector FM bids. This is a hybrid role, a combination of working from home with travel to a nearby office in the North or Midlands
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop and implement effective bid strategies to secure contracts across various sectors, including corporate real estate, retail, manufacturing, industrial etc
β’ Oversee the entire bid process, from initial identification of opportunities to submission and post-tender activities.
β’ Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful bid submissions.
β’ Maintain a thorough understanding of public procurement rules, regulations, and tender procedures.
β’ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform bidding strategies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
β’ Experience: Years of experience in bid project management and tender writing within the FM sector.
β’ Expertise: Proven track record in bidding for contracts ideally with private sector clients
β’ Skills:
β’ Strong project management skills.
β’ In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance.
β’ Excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
β’ Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
