We are currently working with a leading provider of Property Maintenance services to recruit a Senior Bid Coordinator, to work on a hybrid basis between home and an office in East London. The role will lead the bid coordination function and mentor a team of Bid Coordinators. You’ll drive process improvements, ensure high-quality submissions, and help shape the bid strategy. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with Finance, Operations, and the wider Bid Team to deliver winning bids that reflect the business values and capabilities.
