We are currently working for a reputable Facilities Management consultancy to recruit a Lead CAFM Consultant/Developer, to be based in the office in either Leeds or Market Harborough, with hybrid/remote work available if required. The primary role is to manage and deliver projects as defined by adherence to standards, agreed scope, budget, and timeline. The role involves managing and delivering projects on a daily basis, ensuring the business meets the client\’s expectations and fosters growth through long-term commercial relationships. Main Duties: * Deliver consultancy projects, inc. project, programme, resource, risk, cost, and time management. Write up consultancy project reports for clients. Manage support provided by internal and external Consultants/Associates when required. * Ensure client needs and expectations are met and satisfied. * To ensure that appropriate information and data is gathered from key stakeholders and clients * To ensure adherence to standards of β€œexcellence” in working as well as ISO accreditation * To contribute to the development of industry and sector best practice * Running reports on helpdesk outputs * Interrogating PPM and remedial task activity * Auditing / detailed task analysis * CAFM resets, setup, and supporting activities * Paymech integration and Service Failure Point deduction calculations * Producing written reports to explain the findings of your work to a wide audience * Continually looking for opportunities to create, innovate, improve, and optimise our processes to deliver exceptional value to our clients. * Putting the client first, understanding their requirements, advocating for the best solution to meet their organisational needs, and educating stakeholders where required. * Stepping-in and making the changes, improvements, and recommendations for the client. Candidate requirements: * You will have and maintain good industry practice knowledge in CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) systems. * You should be experienced with the management and setup of at least one CAFM system, ideally: MRI (FSI), Concept, or IBM – Maximo * Knowledge of how to interrogate a CAFM system, auditing tasks and CAFM records to check accuracy. * Good working knowledge of MS software, particularly Excel, and the ability to work with large data sets. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills, the ability to summarise analytical output and technical content for a wide audience. * The ability to self-manage and to produce high-quality, accurate analytical work. * Desirable Knowledge of other CAFM systems is beneficial but not necessary
