A leading international facilities management provider is looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Manager to support continued growth across the UK private sector market. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing sales professional who has experience winning complex facilities management contracts and wants to accelerate their career within a market-leading organisation.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across a range of private sector clients. Working closely with bid, operational and solution teams, you will lead opportunities from qualification through to contract award.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generating and developing new business opportunities
- Managing end-to-end sales processes
- Leading strategic bid submissions
- Building relationships with key decision makers
- Supporting solution development and commercial negotiations
- Delivering against ambitious revenue and growth targets
About You
We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:
- Proven FM business development experience
- A track record of winning integrated facilities management contracts
- Experience working on opportunities valued between £3m and £15m
- Exposure to hard FM, soft FM or bundled service solutions
- Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills
- The ambition to develop into a future sales leader
Experience within manufacturing, professional services, commercial property or wider private sector environments would be highly advantageous.
