The Opportunity
As an AI Product Manager, you’ll lead the evolution of Collective—our flagship AI Operating System—helping drive it from concept to full product‑market fit. You’ll translate strategic vision into an actionable roadmap, aligning engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver meaningful outcomes for our enterprise and government customers.
This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for a product manager who thrives on clarity, collaboration, and impact. You’ll own the roadmap, define success metrics, and work directly with users to ensure Collective continues to set the benchmark for AI in high‑assurance environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery, iteration, and deprecation.
- Define and manage the roadmap for AI and platform capabilities, aligning with business and customer goals.
- Work closely with product design, engineering, and research teams to ensure strong alignment across discovery and delivery.
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and solutions engineering teams to refine value propositions and drive product adoption.
- Lead customer discovery and feedback loops, ensuring every release is informed by market insight and measurable outcomes.
- Track and communicate progress, success metrics, and dependencies to stakeholders across the business.
- Represent the voice of the customer in all product decisions.
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of experience in product management, ideally in technology, AI, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to manage 0→1 and growth‑stage products through to market adoption.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their practical enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align diverse teams around shared outcomes.
- Data‑driven approach with comfort defining OKRs and success metrics.
- Experience engaging directly with customers and translating technical concepts into business impact.
- Security clearance (SC) or eligibility to obtain SC clearance due to client requirements.
