About the role: We’re looking for an experienced Exhibitions Project Manager to join Skyline Whitespace, delivering high-quality exhibition and event projects for clients across the UK and internationally. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of projects from initial brief through to on-site delivery. You’ll be working with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. You’ll also play a key part in supporting the wider team, helping to maintain standards and improve how we deliver projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing projects end-to-end, from handover to delivery
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients
- Planning timelines and coordinating internal teams (design, production, graphics)
- Managing budgets, costings, and supplier negotiations
- Overseeing production quality and ensuring high standards are met
- Coordinating logistics, installation, and on-site delivery where required
- Working with external suppliers including AV, build, and logistics partners
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to team processes
What we’re looking for:
- Experience managing projects in exhibitions, events, or design and build
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Confident working with clients and stakeholders
