Whitespace Group is looking for a reliable and organised Exhibition Pick and Pack Technician to join our warehouse team. You'll play an important role in preparing exhibition equipment for events across the UK and internationally, ensuring every project leaves our warehouse complete, accurate and ready for installation. Key Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing
- Pick equipment and materials accurately from job lists and packing schedules.
- Pack exhibition equipment safely and securely for transport.
- Ensure all required items are included before jobs leave the warehouse.
- Prepare items using the appropriate packing methods, including pallets and trolleys.
- Equipment Preparation
- Assist with assembling and testing exhibition equipment where required.
- Check equipment before dispatch to ensure it is clean, complete and in good condition.
- Return equipment to the correct storage locations following each event.
- Report damaged or missing items promptly.
- Stock & Warehouse Organisation
- Keep warehouse, storage areas and packing stations clean and organised.
- Assist with stock checks and inventory management.
- Help maintain accurate stock records and report shortages.
- Ensure equipment is stored safely and correctly.
- Team Working
- Work closely with the Pick and Pack and Warehouse Teams to meet project deadlines.
- Support colleagues across Operations, Production and Graphics when required.
- Communicate any issues that could affect project delivery.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when necessary.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
- Follow company quality procedures and support ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Comply with all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices.
- Undertake other warehouse duties as reasonably required.
Education and Experience
- Education: GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths required. Vocational training or qualifications in warehouse/logistics preferred.
- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or event environment. Proven ability to follow and interpret CADs and technical job documentation. Previous exposure to team coordination or supervisory responsibilities is an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, based in SW19 2QA.
