To update Transport Management System with completed work details, produce invoices and reports.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

  • To process jobs using information from Waste Transfer & Weighbridge Tickets in order to produce weekly and monthly Sales Invoices.
  • Provide customers with copy tickets, billing information and reports as required.
  • Provide admin support and holiday cover as needed.

Key success factors:

  • This is a very busy position, and the successful candidate needs to be able to work methodically.
  • Have good IT literacy and skills, including Microsoft Excel and the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • The ability to use your own initiative, working accurately with policies and procedures.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required as the role will require working with both operational and administration teams.
  • Ability to resolve queries as they arise and be tenacious in following these up.
