Join us as a Counter Assistant and you will become an important member of our pharmacy team, ensuring customers receive an excellent service when visiting our pharmacy. You will also make over the counter sales, give advice and provide personalised solutions.
What we look for in our Counter Assistants are individuals that are passionate about providing patient care by improving the health and wellbeing of our customers and the wider community. You will support the Pharmacy team by assisting in the dispensing of medication, improving counter sales and stock replenishment, offering a friendly and attentive service to all our customers and patients.
Your role at Whites Pharmacy will be all about giving the customers excellent service, ensuring that the pharmacy is well merchandised, and the high level of store/pharmacy standards and presentation is maintained at all times, this will enable you to drive sales and achieve targets. Previous experience is preferable.
To come on board you will be required to enjoy working with others in a team, or independently and will have a friendly and positive approach to customer service and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs. Hours will be 5 days across the week Monday to Friday, throughout our opening hours of 9am to 6pm.
