Overview
Contract: Rotational Shift Pattern- combination of days & nights, avg. 42 hrs/week.
Responsibilities
- Operate the oat milling plant efficiently and safely during your shift;
- Keep the plant clean and organised by following the mill cleaning schedule;
- Maintain accurate records for quality control, safety checks, and shift reports;
- Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery to avoid downtime;
- Ensure continuous product flow and minimal disruption to production;
- Conduct quality checks and record operational data accurately
Qualifications
- Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office;
- Strong mechanical aptitude or engineering background;
- Previous experience as a process controller, plant operator, machine minder, or technician;
- Excellent record-keeping and administration skills;
- Effective communication and the ability to work well in a team environment.

- Familiarity with SCADA systems or other automated control platforms;
