Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor / Finishing Foreman to join our team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations at our sites, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Supervising and managing site staff to ensure smooth operations
  2. Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations
  3. Monitoring site activities and resolving any issues that may arise
  4. Coordinating with contractors and vendors as needed
  5. Conducting regular inspections to maintain site cleanliness and organisation

Qualifications

  1. Previous experience in a supervisory role is essential
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills
